Alerts Summary Details emails in Oracle Applications Apps

When you write query in Alert condition based on no of records retrieved from query it will trigger Alert and send email to receipt-ants.




If you select Message Type Summary that will send  consolidated email will based on records retrieved. This message max only 2000 characters of the message body has more than 2000 characters it will send multiple emails.

Note: make sure the that Values in the message should be between these below two lines. This 2 lines works as loop.

If you select Message type Detail it will send email for each record retrieved.
